At Modelle, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unworn and unused
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is included
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Modelle is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, please indicate your preferred item when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
